With sloping rim on short foot, the interior with large central soft blue roundel containing a reserved white symmetric arrangement, with red highlights comprising paired tulips flanking a stylized cartouche all issuing from a central arabesque motif, flanked by two large saz leaves and two pair of floral sprays, the roundel surrounded by small cusped motifs in green and red, the cavetto left plain, the rim with overlapping alternating green and white leaves with a red stripe, exterior with alternating simple blue motifs, foot and rim drilled, two small chips to foot, small hairline crack
