A diverse collection of material associated with Steve Marriott's career, various dates circa 1965-1973, the majority displayed by Marriott at one time on his studio wall at Beehive Cottage in Moreton, Essex, including: a Decca Records' Small Faces promotional postcard, March 1966, signed on the front in green felt pen Stevie [Marriott], Ken [Jones], Mac [Ian Maclagan] and Ron L [Ronnie Lane] -- 5¾x3½in. (14.2x9cm.); a black and white publicity photograph of Marriott on stage entitled Player Of The Month, circa mid-1960s, signed in blue ballpoint pen Stevie Marriott -- 8½x4¼in. (21.5x13cm.); Marriott's copy of a promotional poster for the Small Faces' album Ogden's Nut Gone Flake, 1968 -- 27¾in. (70.7cm.) diam.; 18 colour and black and white photographs, majority stage-shots of Marriott at various venues including Boston, Baltimore, Madison Square Garden, Philadelphia and Paris, circa 1971-1973, largest -- 12¼x6 3/8in. (31.1x16.3cm.); and a page of lyrics in Marriott's hand for a country song Long Black Veil, the 21 lines written in black felt pen on the back of a Christmas card addressed to Steve and all the Pie -- 9x6in.
