Lot Essay

Brian Wilson used this guitar throughout his recent, hugely successful SMILE world tour. He also played the guitar at the 2005 GRAMMY awards ceremony, where he won Best Rock Instrumental Performance for Mrs O'Leary's Cow. Just prior to the GRAMMYs, Wilson had been named as the 15th MusicCares Person of the Year.
