The dedication by Ringo on this photograph refers to a Residential Home for young adult disabled people, the residents of which were known as "The Family". This signed photograph was obtained by a member of the home's support group who met The Beatles at Pinewood Studios. The vendor, who at the time was a resident in the home, was given the photograph as a gift by the Warden.
