The rectangular bevelled plate with re-entrant upper corners in a foliate moulded frame surmounted by a shell and flanked by eagle's heads, with serpentine apron and two later gilt-lacquered brass candlebranches, the backboard partially lacking
43¼ x 23 in. (110 x 58.5 cm.)

Bought by the present owner from Aspreys, circa 1970.
