The caparisoned horse standing four-square on a rectangular pierced plinth with its head inclined towards the right, surmounted by a deep saddle and saddle-cloth decorated with crested waves and laden with baggage, to the right a figure of a standing man with a moustache, holding out his arms as if to hold the reins, wearing a conical hat, short green buttoned tunic, yellow trousers and black shoes, some restoration and chips
