Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificat d'Origine et de Garantie and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1944 and its subsequent sale on 1 March 1945.

It is thought that this watch is one of only five examples of reference 2100 to have appeared at auction to date. Furthermore it is the only watch of this reference to still feature the original certificate.

Reference 2100 is one of Patek Philippe's most elaborate ladies bracelet watches and beautifully unites craftsmanship and creativity.
