Cal. 17''' nickel-finished fully jewelled lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, the silvered matt dial with applied gold Arabic numerals, gold feuille hands, four subsidiary dials indicating month combined with leap year indicator, date, day and phases of the moon combined with constant seconds, in plain case with snap on back, case, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming manufacture of the present watch in 1941 and its subsequent sale on 28 June 1943.

Reference 725 and the nearly identical reference 725/2 were in production from 1940 until around 1964. Until to date, less than 20 examples of this model are known to have survived.
