With gilt-finished two train verge movement, chain fusée, finely chased, engraved and pierced scroll decorated balance cock, turned pillars, quarter repeating, en passant hour, quarter and half hour striking and alarm on three hammers onto a bell, pull quarter repeat with later cord, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions, central alarm hand, the large pierced case with chased and engraved geometrical decorated pendant and bow, engraved coat-of-arms in high relief to the top of pendant, finely chased and embossed scroll decorated bezel, the reverse similarly decorated and centred by a classical scene depicting cherubs, flowers and various creatures in high relief, dial and movement signed
