Cal. 9''' gilt-finished cylinder movement, plain three arm brass balance, gold cuvette, the translucent gilt enamel dial on engine-turned background with Breguet numerals on white enamel cartouches, the miniature case with finely chased and engraved floral and foliage Louis XV decorated bezel, pendant and bow, the reverse centred by a basket of fruits, cuvette signed and numbered

Lot Essay

Accompanied by Breguet, 12 rue de la Paix, Paris original fitted green leather presentation box numbered 1870.

According to the records of Montres Breguet, the present watch, made with a 9''' cylinder movement, dial with cartouches and Louis XV style case, was sold on 24 December 1894 to Mr. X for the amount of 400 Francs. It is one of Breguet's smallest watches.
