With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the silvered matt dial with Roman numerals, in square case with raised bars to both ends overlapping the sides, rounded lugs, the back secured by four screws in the band, together with an 18K gold Cartier link bracelet and pink gold hidden clasp numbered 13606, case, dial and movement signed

The Tank Chinoise was launched in 1922, its case design with the raised overlapping bars to the ends an alteration from the classical Tank wristwatch.
