With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, minute repeating on two polished steel hammers onto a gong, the small translucent opalescent enamel dial with blue enamel Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, surrounded by two applied polychrome jaquemarts depicting two cavaliers apparently striking the bells in unison with the repeating, the white enamel dial to the reverse with Chinese calendar indication on outer ring with central hand and on two subsidiary dials, aperture for phases of the moon, in large circular case with finely chased and engraved floral and blue and red champlevé enamel foliage decoration, the front centred by a painted polychrome enamel scene depicting flowers in a lakeside landscape, two musicians and a lady to the reverse, repeating slide in the band, case numbered and stamped with Chinese hallmark, movement signed
