A BOHEMIAN FROSTED AND TRANSLUCENT-RUBY CUT-GLASS CENTERPIECE Circa 1860-1880, possibly Harrach-Glashaus, Neuwelt
Of tiered circular shape, the vasiform top cut with a woodland scene centering an eagle in flight above a downed deer, resting on a scalloped shallow bowl cut with deer calmly grazing and with bucks hurtling over a log, supported by a frosted model of a dolphin, the second tier similarly cut with clusters of doe and fawn, about trellis and diaper scrollwork, supported on three addorsed dolphins, the waisted circular base similarlly cut with startled stags beside a pond, above broad flutes cut with grapevine
