The demi-lune shaped brèche violette marble top above a conforming frieze decorated with floral swags and a central floral trophy, the angles headed with scrolled volute mounts, one inscribed F. Linke, the central cupboard door with glazed panel above a relief plaque depicting Venus and Cupid, opening to an interior with mirrored back and two glazed adjustable shelves, the sides with bowed glazed panels, on foliate-hipped cabriole legs tapering to scrolled sabots, the lock reverse stamped CT LINKE/SERRURERIE/PARIS and 1515
