Of tapering ovoid quatrefoil form, each finely painted with a shoulder-length portrait roundel of Napoleon Bonaparte and Josephine, within a raised-gilt surround below a trellis and diaper cartouche, named on the underside, the reverse enriched with an octagonal turquoise 'jewelled' panel of scrolling leaves above suspended ribbon-tied floral garlands, within gilt rim
