In the Louis XVI style, Mid-19th Century
With a rectangular violet brocatelle marble top above a spreading frieze set with a secret drawer and conforming case with a panelled fall-front door opening to a red leather writing surface and four short drawers, above four tapering legs joined by an 'X'-stretcher
