Modelled as a semi-clad classical maiden, standing with her right hand raised in a gesture of listening, an attending putto at her side, the oval mound base applied with foliage, the fluted plinth set with a circular clock drum, flanked by young mermen suspending ribbon tied garlands above four scroll feet, the central foot moulded with a scallop shell and bulrushes
