The majority, mark of A. Aucoc, Paris, post 1838, the flatware with two other differing maker's marks
Comprising a small cylindrical saucepan with ivory handle, a circular dish, a slightly flaring cylindrical beaker, a napkin ring and an egg-cup, each with foliate, rosette, and berried laurel borders, with two knives, three spoons of various sizes and a fork, each Bacchanalian pattern; each piece engraved with a coat-of-arms, each marked, all in a lined and fitted case applied with a crown
the saucepan - 8 in. (20.5 cm.) long, the dish - 6½ in. (16.5 cm.) diam.
