On circular central base applied with scrolling foliage and two silver- gilt dishes each with a putto, the central stem with a figure of Neptune and a sea-nymph with above a detachable silver-gilt partly openwork dish with central detachable stem and detachable finial of Minerva holding a shield with enamelled text VIRIBUS UNITIS, all-over with scrolling foliage and rocaille, marked on footrim
