Newport: Yelf, 1839. 16mo. (6 x 4in; 156 x 101mm), 5, [1]p., mid-20th-century pigskin, contemporary green wrappers preserved (front board bowed, wrappers repaired and slightly tattered at edges). Provenance: J.W. Goldman (bookplate; sold at Hodgson's, 24 November 1966, lot 208, to Epworth for £9. Eagar notes that Goldman had "asked £25 privately").
VERY RARE. Known to Padwick through the Goldman catalogue only. Page 5 is misnumbered 6, and is blank on the verso. Goldman p. 168: "a very rare pamphlet never noted before"; Padwick 2020.
