Of eliptical form, finely carved on the exterior with a continuous mountain landscape scene, detailed with figures in a homestead observing the arrival of guests in a courtyard, followed by an attendant bearing baggage and another holding a qin, further detailed with tall trees including pine and willow, inscribed on a rock-face with the title, Shancun guiketu, 'Guests returning to a mountain village', followed by Dingmao xiaochunyue fang Tang Gong yuanbiyi, 'In the Spring month of Dingmao year, imitating Tang Gong's original brush style', and signed Songtao Shanren, raised on three shallow tab feet
