The vase of flattened baluster form, intricately reticulated and carved in high relief on each side with a pair of dragons against dense branches growing composite flowers, the shorter sides plain, flanked on either side of the tapered neck with an unusual handle formed by a cluster of acanthus leaves, supported on a splayed foot, the cover similarly carved with flowers and surmounted by an undecorated convex finial
