A FINE FAMILLE ROSE BOWL
DAOGUANG IRON-RED SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
Enamelled around the exterior with a dense leafy meander enclosing four elaborate lotus blooms suspending musical stones and divided by groups of the sanduo, formed by a peach, finger citron and pomegranate, between a ruyi-head band below the rim and petal lappets around the foot, the interior with a florette in the medallion encircled by lotus flowers divided by bats, below a band of similarly decorated florettes alternating with peaches under the mouth rim
