We wanted to bleed the Silence, from Some Poems of Jules Laforgue (C. 38m)
screenprint in blue, red and black, 1973, on wove paper, from Edition C, signed in pencil, inscribed 'AP', an artist's proof aside from the numbered edition of 100 (there were also in twenty proofs), published by the Petersburg Press in association with Waddington Galleries, London, with full margins, moisture stains in the lower and upper margins away from the image, a very small surface abrasion and faint rubbing in the image, framed
L. 405 x 355mm., S. 610 x 560mm.
