This watch is accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box, Certificate and Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch in 1981 and its subsequent sale on 3 December 1981

According to literature, only 244 examples of reference 3450 were produced between 1981 and 1986. The first series features a red leap year indicator on the dial, such as this watch; whereas the second series featured Roman numerals.
