With gilt-finished cylinder movement, the blue guilloché enamel padlock-form case with white enamel dial with Roman numerals, spade hands, exposed three arm balance below the dial, white and light blue champlevé enamel floral detail on one side and diamond-set keyhole on the reverse, with black enamelled milled band and bezels set with split pearls, to the short three-strand pendant chain, unsigned
