With hinged gilt brass verge movement, chain fusée, three arm balance, pierced and engraved cock, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, blued steel spade hands, concealed in the base of a light blue enamel pear-form case, the base with central engraved floret with eight red guilloché enamel petals and white champlevé enamel foliage, the hinged top with engraved foliate detail opening to reveal the powder container, the middle section decorated with four oval red guilloché enamel cartouches each depicting a different champlevé enamel motif, dial and movement signed
