Woven in silks and wools, depciting L'Audience de l'Empereur, with the Emperor seated beneath a balachin with various courtiers kneeling before him, the sides and foreground with various objects, within a foliate and C-scroll border with later brown outer guard border, reduced in height at the bottom of main field
