Lot Essay

The Molo recedes into the distance, with the column of St. Theodore to the right. Behind it is the east façade of Sansovino's Library, with the Zecca and Public Granaries beyond. In the distance, to the left of centre, is the Dogana and Santa Maria della Salute.
