Sir Frederick William Pascoe Rutter (1859-1949) was Governor of the London & Lancashire Insurance Co. Ltd from 1921, and served as Chairman. He was also served as Chairman of the British Fire Insurance Co. He was apprenticed to the London & Lancs Fire Insurance Company in 1873 and became General Manager & Secretary in 1899.
