A DUTCH SILVER PRESENTATION INKSTAND
CIRCA 1924
Modelled as the Alliance Assurance castle, supported on a stone base and contained in a later glazed wood case, damaged, the stone base applied with ribbons, one engraved with an inscription, the other with the Alliance motto, one side also applied with a date, the central turret with a detachable cover revealing a glass ink bottle
The inscription reads: 'Presented by N. V. Agentuur-En-Handelmaatschapp V/H. Van Overzee & Co. Rotterdam'
