sinew sewn and lane-stitched in white-heart red, white, blue, black, and brass beads against a green beaded ground, each decorated on the vamp with a classic "keyhole" design and with a band of geometric motifs encircling the foot, rawhide soles, each inscribed #16, Cheyenne, Winona, Okla, with old tag attached, inscribed Cheyenne Indian Squaw Moccasins, Winona, Okla., 1870
