A late 19th century yellow sapphire and diamond necklace,
designed as two cartouche shaped plaques, each set with a cushion shaped yellow sapphire within a scrolling foliate border set with diamonds, suspended from a later trace link chain, probably originally part of a larger necklace, circa 1890.
