Of bombe outline, with a red marble top and decorated throughout with inlaid foliate cartouches, the fallfront centred by a Vernis-Martin style panel depicting a couple in a landscape and with a fitted interior and a drawer below, the legs joined by a shaped undertier, the painted panel signed 'CROZET'
