FINE WINES FROM THE ESTATE OF H. RIC LUHRS

FOCUSING MAINLY ON FINE RED BORDEAUX, ESPECIALLY FROM THE 1990 VINTAGE. AMONG THE 1990s FEATURED ARE; LATOUR, LAFITE, PICHON-BARON, LAGRANGE, LEOVILLE-BARTON, COS D'ESTOURNEL, LEOVILLE-POYFERRE, LYNCH-BAGES, TALBOT AND PAVIE, WITH MANY IN CASE QUANTITY.

We are proud and honored to be able to offer the following selection of wines and thank the Luhrs family most kindly for their patronage. As is evidenced by the varied selection of wines in this cellar, it is clear that Ric Lurs was a man who enjoyed all that wine had to offer. Be it everyday Vino Nobile from Italy or first growth Bordeaux, it was consumed and enjoyed as and when the occassion so demanded.

The wines were all stored in the cellars of the family's two main residences. Both cellars began in 200 bottle free standing wine storage units and as interest grew so became a need for more space. Gradually the cellars were expanded into small custom built humidity and temperature controlled rooms.

The wines were all purchased upon release and as one can see from the levels, still remain in superb condition. There is something here for buyers at both ends of the price spectrum and once again you may bid with confidence, as both condition and provenance are ideal.
