Strassburg, Wendelin Rihel, 1552]. 4° (222 x 1632mm), 568 woodcut illustrations (lacks title and final colophon leaf, quire O somewhat defective, hole in N8, tears in D6 and N3, most lower margins dampstained, lower fore-corner of last leaf torn away, lower fore-corners of first 6 leaves crudely repaired with some loss of text on a2). Contemporary blindstamped pigskin (worn and repaired). Provenance: Moritz Westenhusen of Elburg (ownership inscription, dated 12 November 1580, on a2r) -- Caspar Fentzconius (presentation inscription, 1612, from the widow of the above) -- Johannishus Bibliothek (bookplate).
