"Satisfactory evidence having been exhibited to me that Enrique Ainz has been appointed Consul of Spain, at Key West, Florida, I do hereby recognize him as such, and declare him free to exercise and enjoy such functions, powers, and privileges as are allowed to Consuls by the Laws of Nations..." A fine example of a rare form of Presidential document.
