In the George II style, on four scroll feet, the sides of the octagonal bottle holders pierced with scrolls and slats and with central leaf-capped scroll handle, fitted with two silver-mounted glass bottles with similar handles and hinged domed covers with stud finials, the mounts engraved with panels of shells and foliate scrolls, marked on frame base, bottle mounts and covers, the stand stamped 'GARRARRDS PANTON STREET'
