The oval frame on four fluted lion's paw monopodiae applied with rosettes, the fluted lozenge-shaped lower section with detachable vase-shaped finial, fitted with four detachable leaf-capped scroll branches each terminating in a detachable partly fluted circular dish with pierced and bright-cut foliate scroll border, the openwork upper frame with four similar detachable branches each fitted with oval dish with two reeded loop handles and similar decoration, the centre applied with husk swags and similar detachable two-handled basket, the dishes and finial each engraved with a crest, the central basket with a coat-of-arms, marked on frame, baskets, branches and dishes, the central basket engraved with scratchweight '215-5', the finial unmarked

The arms are those of Wrightson with Bland and Heber in pretence, for William Wrightson of Cusworth Hall (1752-1827) and his first wife Barbara (d.1782), daughter and sole heir of James Bland of Hurworth, co. Durham, whom he married in 1781. William Wrightson was the son of John Battie and Isabella, daughter and heir of William Wrightson of Cusworth Hall. John Bland changed his name to that of Wrightson in 1766 but never obtained the legal right to bear the Wrightson arms from the College of Arms. His son William Wrightson was the M.P. for Aylesbury from 1784-1790 and was High Sheriff of Yorkshire in 1819/20. He was educated at Christ Church College, Oxford and entered Lincoln's Inn in 1771.
