The stand on three shell and scroll feet and with central lamp with detachable cover, the spherical kettle with leaf-capped curved spout and leather covered swing handle, the hinged slightly domed cover with part-wood finial, the body engraved around the cover with a band of masks, scrolls and brickwork and with a coat-of-arms within shell and foliate scroll cartouche, marked on lamp, lamp cover, base of kettle and cover
