The candle-snuffers, scissor form with pierced handles and cartouche-shaped box, the stand, shaped oblong on four splayed foliate feet, with moulded border with foliate angles, the scroll handle with shell thumbpiece, the snuffers and stand each engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked on both sides of interior of snuffer box, and on reverse of stand
