The double-circle frame on four scroll and pad feet, with three-ring bottle-holders and scroll handle, the faceted bottles each with star-cut base and faceted silver collar mount, hinged foliate cover and scroll handle, the bottle collars later engraved with two crests, and motto with earl's coronet above, marked on base of frame, also engraved with scratchweight '19oz-7dwt'

The frame - 15 oz. (487 gr.)
The crests are those of Byng, for John, 1st Earl of Strafford G.C.B. (1772-1860) (3)
