the rounded body with dark brown linear and chequered decoration in vertical bands, the wide cylindrical neck with slightly pinched spout, decorated with encircling bands and a single wavy line beneath the rim, the strap handle with chevron design -- 9¼in. (23.5cm.) high; and a base ring ware jug, decorated with white painted lines, gently flared wide cylindrical neck, the neck with encircling ridge around base, striated strap handle, on ring foot -- 9in. (23cm.) high, both 1500-1200 B.C. (2)
