An Attic terracotta figure of a Satyric actor, Papposilenus
wearing hairy tights, himation, and cap over his balding grotesque mask, the mask with snub nose, moustache and long curly beard, hands on hips pulling himation tight over large stomach, on integral square base -- 5½in. (14cm.) high; a figure of a Comedy actor, holding his drapery up to reveal his protruding stomach, wearing conical cap -- 4in. (10.2cm.) high; and the lower part of another female figure, wearing long pleated chiton -- 3in. (7.7cm.) high, all mid-4th Century B.C. (3)
