A LUDWIGSBURG MINIATURE FIGURE OF A COBBLER'S GIRL
CIRCA 1765-70, BLUE INTERLACED C MONOGRAM TO EDGE OF BASE AT BACK
Wearing a white bonnet tied under her chin with a black ribbon, a purple shawl, purple-edged white jacket, yellow skirt and a purple-edged white apron with clusters of purple dots, her red shoes with gilt buckles, standing holding a pair of purple shoes in her left hand and lifting her apron slightly with her other hand, on a shaped green-washed base (head restuck, minute chip to bonnet and edge of shawl, slight wear to enamels, slight chipping to edge of base)
