Painted in the manner of the Chinese Wanli period, the centre with a jardiniére of flowers and precious objects on a terrace with fences, within an octagonal white and blue band cartouche, the blue-ground border reserved with radiating arched panels of precious objects alternating with panels of flowers, divided by radiating precious objects, the underside with blue lines alternating with letter Gs (chipping and flaking to rim and footrim)
