A good Victorian silver catheter cased set,
each piece with maker's mark W.C., dated 1873, stamped ARNOLD & SONS LONDON and numbered (catheter number 3 and 1 missing from 12), with chequered ebony handles, in a fitted and green plush-lined mahogany case with space in the centre for a bottle or instrument, ivory maker's plaque for ARNOLD & SONS, 35 & 36 WEST SMITHFIELD, two brass hooks and lock (escutcheon and key missing) -- 32.5 x 16.2cm. (12¾ x 6 3/8in.)
