A late 18th/early 19th-Century Jones-type planetarium attachment,
unsigned, comprising the planetary arms and brass Sun ball, the planets and moons up to Saturn made from turned ivory, the Earth in brass (two moons missing) in a fitted mahogany box with two brass hooks (eyes missing), a hole in the lid for display -- 20.1cm. (7 7/8in.) wide, with an associated ebonised wooden display base (2)
