FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE number 47 of 295 sets SIGNED by Béraldi and dated 1913, with a calling card invitation to view some books at his house with Regnault laid in. "La reliure du XIXe siècle, although not strictly a biograophical dictionary, contains an enormous amount of material on the French nineteenth-century binders, many of whom [Beraldi] had known and employed. Its lively, anecdotal style makes it a splendid read" (Breslauer). (4)
