The anglaise riche case with porcelain panels to the sides painted with ladies and girls in period costume, the figures attending classes within garden settings, the porcelain dial with Arabic chapter ring and signed Examd. by Lund & Blockley to the Queen, 42 Pall Mall, London, the movement with silvered platform lever escapement, strike and repeating on a gong on the backplate signed G. L 1846 Patent Surete Poller
